What Is the CDCP and Who Can Apply?

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a government program that helps cover dental care for people:

  • You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes

  • You do not have private dental insurance

  • Your adjusted family net income is under $90,000

  • You have filed your 2024 tax return and received your Notice of Assessment (NOA)

  • You belong to one of these age groups:

    • Age 18 to 34 and Age 55 and older – already eligible

    • Age 35 to 54 – eligible starting May 29, 2025

Denture Services Covered by CDCP

We specialize in removable dentures, which are fully or partially covered under CDCP. Here is what we offer:

Complete Dentures

A full set of teeth for the upper and/or lower jaw, for those who have lost all teeth.

Immediate Dentures

Temporary dentures placed right after tooth extraction, so you never go without teeth.

Partial Dentures

A custom-fit denture that replaces only the teeth you are missing, and attaches to your remaining natural teeth.

Soft Liners

A soft, cushioned layer added to the denture base to reduce soreness and irritation, especially for sensitive gums.

Denture Repairs

We fix broken, cracked, or worn dentures quickly and efficiently.

Denture Relines

A procedure that reshapes the inner surface of your existing denture to improve fit and comfort.

All services are provided by Farshad Shakibaei, DD, licensed denturist with over 20 years of experience.

What Our Patients Say

I do not usually write reviews, but I want others to know this place is honest and respectful. They never rushed me or tried to upsell anything. Farshad made sure I was fully comfortable before we did anything. I got my upper denture with no issues.

Alex, 67, Burlington

I had my old dentures relined here and I wish I had done it sooner. They do not rub or cause pain anymore. I got help with my CDCP paperwork, and it went through quickly. You can tell this clinic knows what they are doing.

Helen, 81, Milton

I was not sure if I qualified, but they helped me figure it out. The care I got was better than any dental office I had visited before. They adjusted my partial denture and even added a soft liner for comfort. Everything was covered. I am very thankful.

Saeed, 66, Oakville

I had gone years without proper dentures because of the cost. When the CDCP was announced, my daughter told me to try this clinic. Farshad explained everything kindly and clearly. My new dentures fit well, and I did not pay anything.

Got questions?
Well, we’ve got answers

You can still book an appointment. We can check if you are likely eligible and prepare everything so your care can begin as soon as your coverage is confirmed.

That depends on your household income. If your adjusted family income is under $70,000, CDCP usually covers 100% of the cost. If it is between $70,000 and $89,999, there may be a co-payment. We will review all costs with you in advance.

You need to apply through Service Canada, but we can explain how it works and guide you on the next steps. If you are eligible and waiting for your ID number or letter, we can still begin with a consultation.

No. The CDCP does not cover permanent (fixed) implants or surgeries. It covers removable dentures only, such as full or partial dentures, and related services like relines and repairs.

CDCP covers denture relines and repairs. If your existing dentures hurt, are loose, or broken — we can fix them and bill CDCP directly if you are eligible.
